Welcome to the Rainbow Children's Trust.

The Trust was originally established in 1998 to support paediatric services for Christchurch Hospital in the South Island of New Zealand. We recognised that creating a child-friendly environment with parents and close family nearby helps in the treatment and recovery of young patients.

Building on our success in this area we've expanded our focus beyond hospitals. We are now also supporting community-based facilities and outreach services. Groups who struggle every day to give our children the help they need to improve and maintain their health.

At Rainbow Children's Trust we believe all children should have access to the best possible healthcare. Our kids deserve nothing less.
